    KHS Regional Track Meet

    The 2014 Region II Track Meet will be held at Bowers Stadium on the Sam Houston State University Campus in Huntsville.

    Friday, April 25, 2014: Running Prelims

    2 heats for each race with the winner of each heat plus the next 6 best times qualifying for finals on Saturday.

    Saturday, April 26, 2014: Boys Triple Jump and Running Finals

    Track Photo Runners must qualify on Friday to run in the finals on Saturday. The two fastest final times or top two performances in each event qualify for the state meet.

    *The single best third place regional finals time/performance in each event in the state will also qualify for the state meet.

    Girls Regional Qualifiers:

    4x100 M Relay - Kandace Louis, Trashauna Hardy, Denishya Simmons, and Tramesha Hardy

    100 M Dash - Tramesha Hardy

    4x200 M Relay - Louis, Hardy, Simmons, and Hardy

    200 M Dash - Trashauna Hardy and Denishya Simmons

    Boys Regional Qualifiers:

    Triple Jump – Trayveon “Tray” Williams

    110 M Hurdles - Anthony Weston

    4x200 M Relay - Tray Williams, Rozzell Barber, Rashawn Taylor, and Anthony Weston

    Tray Williams is replacing Marquise Williams who is injured.

    NMS Students Headed to International Conference

    Four Null Middle School students are celebrating their victory at the regional School of the Future competition. The students created a model school and presented it to a panel of architects. The group will now get an all expenses paid trip to Portland for the international conference. Congratulations to Zamir Ramos, David Garcia, Shane Martin, Rodney Baldwin, and their sponsor Mr. Lincheck!
